David Hadlock is a designer, painter, teacher and curator. He graduated from CSU Long Beach in 1970 (BA) and California Institute of the Arts in 1985 (MFA). His work, both personal and for clients like the J. Paul Getty Museum, American Film Institute, Verizon, NBC, Beatrice Corporation, Norton Simon, Detroit Institute of the Arts, Long Beach Museum of Art, and the Costume Designers Guild, has been included in exhibitions, national journals and annuals documenting professional achievement. He was recently among the recipients of an AIA International Book Award for work done for Princeton Architectural Press.
